Wake Up India Foundation ("we", "us", "our") operates the Member and Participant Portal at this website. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.
When you register as a member or as an event participant, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, college/course, address details, and (for members) family and designation history relevant to your role with the Foundation.
If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, as permitted by Google's sign-in process. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not post to your Google account or access any other Google data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you use "Sign in with Google," authentication is handled by Google. We only receive the basic profile information Google shares with us (name, email, profile photo) to create or log you into your account here. You can review or revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
We retain your account information for as long as your membership or participant record is active, and as needed to issue and verify certificates. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us using the details below.
